At House Of Us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund Policy - the basics
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at houseofus@myyahoo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange the exchange once we receive the returned item in its original condition. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including custom-made or personalized items, gift cards, and final sale items. Additionally, any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at houseofus@myyahoo.com.
